Join Healing the Heart Retreats & Coaching for a Grace Under Pressure: Christian Principles for Stress Management Workshop Series, facilitated by Corrine Coppola at the Chincoteague Center, 6155 Community Drive, on Wednesdays - May 1, 15, and 29 from 7pm - 8pm.
How can we find peace?
The "Grace Under Pressure" Stress Management Workshop Series is designed to provide practical strategies rooted in Christian faith to help participants effectively manage and alleviate stress. Through a blend of biblical teachings, psychological insights, and interactive activities, participants will gain valuable tools to navigate the pressures of everyday life with resilience and grace.
Join for any and all sessions. Cost is $20/session or $50 for all three sessions. 15 spaces available.
