Apple Tree Apartments is nestled in downtown Chincoteague at 6185 Poplar Street. It's a two minute walk to restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. The beach is a 5 minute drive away!

Apple Tree has four apartments, two downstairs, two upstairs. It is ideal for a family reunion. Each apartment has two large bedrooms, one with a queen, the other with two beds. The living room couch folds out for a total of six sleeping spaces.

Each apartment has a full kitchen with a table that seats six. It has a range, microwave, and is fully stocked with dishes. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the kitchen of each apartment, making your vacation much easier! Central AC is a pleasure.

Other Amenities: 150 TV channels, grill & picnic tables.

Apple Tree is owned by Kurt and Gina Haldeman, a science teacher and a nurse-midwife. They bought it to have a place to go every year with their children. They are happy to make it available for your family to enjoy. Visit the Apple Tree and find out how it got its name.

The apartments can be rented monthly if available.

Rental Rates for 2010
All rentals are for a full week from Saturday – Saturday.
January 1, 2010 to May 1, 2010 $400 per Week
May 2, 2010 to June 11, 2010 $510 per Week
June 12, 2010 to September 17, 2010 $650 per Week
(Except Pony Penning Week:
July 24, 2010 to July 31, 2010)

October 23, 2010 to December 31, 2010 $400 per Week

Chincoteague has a local transient lodging tax of 10% which will be added.
There is an additional $100.00 security deposit which will be refunded after cleaning.
Please bring your own sheets and towels.
There is no additional cleaning fee for a seven day stay.
