This home has expansive views of the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge at Assateague Island. On most days you can view distant grazing ponies while overlooking Assateague Channel and Horse Marsh. One hundred fifty yards of natural salt marsh between Pier Pleasure and Assateague Channel provide natural cover and nesting areas for birds, turtles, crabs, fish, and waterfowl.
